2025 marks Boughton Lodge Water Sports Club’s 40th Birthday!

 

We are very excited to be holding a celebration of 40 years of Boughton Lodge on Saturday 23rd August & Sunday 24th August 2025

 

A weekend full of activities, fun, food, drinks and live music has been planned and we do hope that as many of you as possible will be able to enjoy the birthday celebrations.

 

Timetable of Events:

 

Saturday 23rd August 2025

• 9am – Annual Kids Competition for members on the slalom lake, any spectators are welcome

• 12pm – An ice cream van will be at the clubhouse serving ice creams for all

• 5:30pm – Paddleboard evening begins on the beginner’s lake, with DJ Dan on the decks and new for this year, obstacles in the water!

• 6pm – BBQ at the clubhouse

• 6pm – UV party tent on the island

 

Sunday 24th August 2025

• 10am – Sunday Morning Ski Competition Final on the slalom lake, any spectators are welcome

• 12pm – Bouncy castle, sport’s day style games, ringo rides and more water-based games at the clubhouse / on the beginner’s lake

• 3pm – Boughton Lodge’s 40th Birthday Cake will be appearing!

• 5pm – Fish and Chip van will be serving at the clubhouse

• 7pm – Band Night (Music from 7-8pm with the band starting at 8pm)

Alongside all of this we also have a barista van that will be with us all weekend serving at the clubhouse, as well as a display of photos of the club over the last 40 years in the clubhouse for all to see!

 

Member’s will be able to enjoy the barista van, Saturday evening BBQ, land/water games, Sunday evening Fish & Chips and the band night free of charge! (The ice cream van is not included in this so please bring some money). Guests of members are more than welcome to join us for the weekend; however we ask that guests to the club pay £10 per day to enjoy all that is on offer.

 

Tickets/QR codes will be needed to partake in the above, you will not be able to turn up without a ticket. Ticket options can be seen below. Every individual needs their own ticket/QR code for each day; group tickets are not available. This includes members, even though the cost is free, you still need to register. This is to allow us to get a good estimation of numbers prior to the event to ensure we have enough food for everyone. Please book as early as you can to help us out!

 

NO TICKET = NO PARTY

 

Non-Member’s/Guests are as always, the member’s responsibility! Any skiing or water-based activities partaken in, away from these organised activities will be subject to the usual day members fee, payable on the website.
