Cancellation Policy

• It is the member’s responsibility to check if they are required to do a SOD duty for the season and book a date that suits them. • Once the SOD bookings have closed, any unallocated dates will automatically be assigned to those individuals who have not booked a date by the committee. • A list of dates and the names of the members assigned to each of these dates will then be published on the website and on the noticeboard in the Clubhouse. • If you book more than 1 date, only your first date will be accepted and the other dates will be cancelled and made available for others to book. • This process will not replace the signing in process via the tablet within the club house. • There is the exact number of available slots/dates on the booking tool for the number of people required to do a SOD each year.
